If you are a fan of mediterranean flavours then this unique vegan pie is just for you! Loaded with sweet red peppers, courgettes, aubergines and tomatoes, along with quinoa, red kidney beans and adzuki beans, this pie is a real treat! Can be eaten cold, straight from the pack but we think it's best heated up! A filling meal in itself, or serve with potatoes and veg of your choice on the side for a real vegan feast!
