Paneer Hot Dog

Serves 6
Cooking time 30 minutes


6 Fry’s Original Hot Dogs
1 Onion
2 Chillies
1 Medium to large tomatoe
1 Tsp Masala (optional)
2 Tblsp Olive Oil/ Vegetable Oil
3 Tblsp Mayonaise


In a pan on medium heat, heat up oil and fry onion and chilli. Chop up hot dogs and add to the pan – let this fry for about a minute. Add the teaspoon of masala – you don’t really have to add this if you don’t want to – mix well and add the sliced tomatoes. Once the tomatoes has melted add about 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and remove from heat – mix well.
