2 boxes Fry’s Meat Free Pops 1 pear, sliced 125g strawberries, sliced 1 avocado, sliced Bunch of crisp lettuce Bunch of watercress/microgreens 50g mange tout 20g pomegranate seeds 50g whole hazelnuts, raw Salt and pepper to taste
Cook pops in preheated oven at 180°C for 8 minutes until crispy.
Toss the pear, strawberries, lettuce, watercress, pomegranate seeds, hazelnuts and mange tout together and place into a large bowl. Add the pops and serve with avocado and pear slices on top.
