Twister Wrap

This simple vegan recipe is perfect for school lunch boxes or for those who are on the go.

Serves 1 – 2
Cooking time 20 minutes


1 box of Fry’s Meat Free Pops
¼ Red pepper, sliced in julienned strips
6 leaves of Lettuce
1 Carrot, sliced in julienned strips
1 Tomato, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. of Hummus
2 Seeded tortilla wraps


Prepare pops using on-pack instructions and set aside and allow to cool.  Build your wrap by spreading hummus on the wrap, peppers, lettuce, carrots, tomato and add in pops.
