Vegetarian Samoosas

Ingredients

1 box Fry’s Meat Free Mince
1/2 Onion, chopped
1 Tomato, chopped
Samosa Pastry
Garlic to taste
Oil

Method

Sauté onion, chilli and garlic until softened and combined. Add Mince and cook for a further 8 minutes. Add the chopped tomato and simmer until heated through. Allow mixture to cool and spoon into the samoosa pastry. Heat oil in a heavy-based pan. Deep fry samoosas until golden brown.

Serve hot.
