Easy Grilled Quesadillas

Ingredients
 2 Fry’s Golden Crumbed Schnitzels
 4 flour tortillas
 2 tsp Dijon mustard
 60g vegan cheese, grated
 2 green jalapeños, chopped
 1 white onion, chopped into large chunks
 1 red pepper, chopped into large chunks

Heat up your BBQ and lightly grill your onions, red pepper and your two Schnitzels. Once they are thoroughly cooked, dice the grilled vegetables and slice the Schnitzels in strips.

Spread one flour tortilla lightly with mustard. The mustard gives the vegan cheese a nice tang! Then sprinkle your grated cheese, jalapeños, white onion, red pepper and Schnitzel pieces. Then top with another tortilla.

Carefully place the stack on the BBQ using long BBQ tongs. Grill for 5-6 minutes, carefully flipping the quesadilla over once. Cook until the vegan cheese has melted. Slice and serve!
