Beyond the Impossible Burger

Beyond The Impossible!

The Big Fry Burger

We are so proud to introduce our new flagship burger that took over 3 years for us to develop and perfect; The Big Fry Burger!

We started to believe that the burger we had envisioned was impossible to make, but we pushed beyond our limits and The Big Fry Burger was born!

This succulent burger looks, sizzles, and tastes just like a ground beef burger, and it’s crafted to inspire change for your health, the environment and the welfare of animals. It’s also got a whopping 20g of protein per 112g patty!

Already love the Big Fry Burger? Then leave a review to let us know!

  • The Big Fry Burger has 20G protein per 112g patty while most beef burgers average at 17g of protein per 112g. This means you can still pump iron at the gym and build just as much (if not more) muscle mass after eating our burgers.
  • The Big Fry Burger is naturally cholesterol free while beef burgers average at 70mg of cholesterol per 100g. This means you could lower your risk of heart disease by up to 24% by swapping meat burgers for plant-based burgers like The Big Fry Burger.
  • The Big Fry Burger only has 4g of fat per 100g while beef burgers average at 14g of fat per 100g. Eating foods lower in fat won’t only help you keep off unwanted weight, it’s also linked to a lower risk of heart disease and cancer.
  • The Big Fry Burger is made from Non-GM ingredients while most beef burgers contain GM ingredients.

    • Eating a plant-based burger like The Big Fry Burger instead of a meat burger just once a week is the easiest way to reduce your greenhouse gas emissions.
    • By swapping out just one beef burger with a plant-based burger (like the Big Fry Burger) you save 2125 litres of water, which equates to a 10 minute shower every day for two weeks.

    • By swapping out one beef burger with a plant-based burger like The Big Fry Burger just once a week, you would save an average of 15-20 cows per year.

How is it different to other Fry’s burgers?

It’s Beyond The Impossible

Our new Big Fry Burger is a lot meatier in texture and taste when compared to our other burgers.’ While most of our products are pre-cooked and can be cooked from frozen, the Big Fry Burger is completely raw and needs to be defrosted before it is cooked thoroughly.

Cooking Instructions

FRYING PAN: Heat 15ml of oil on high in a non-stick pan. Add the defrosted patty and reduce to medium heat. Fry for 9 minutes, turning occasionally. 15ml of oil is recommended when cooking because we use minimal oil during the production process.

BRAAI OR BBQ: Prepare your fire and when it is ready, brush the patties on both sides with oil. Place them on the grill, turning every 2-3 minutes for approximately 10 minutes. Brush the patties with oil after each turn. Be sure to share with your family and friends at the braai to encourage them to swap meat with The Big Fry Burger.
